Terms, abbreviations, and shorthand used across Open Box servers and the website.

OB

Short for Open Box. Used in server names (OB Dev, OB GG), channel names, and general shorthand across the community.

OB Junction — the main entry server and front door of the Open Box community. Where new members land and general conversation happens.

OB Dev — the server for builders, developers, and anyone writing code or working on technical projects.

OB GG — the gaming server. Currently in beta. For gaming chat, finding players, and community tournaments.

OB Study — the study and accountability server. Currently in alpha.

OB Connect — the networking and careers server. For sharing opportunities, finding collaborators, and professional growth.

OB Kernel — the private staff server. Not publicly accessible.

The supporter tier system: NPC, Rookie, GOAT, and Legend. Higher tiers come with perks and are available through Patreon.

The short setup flow Discord runs when you first join a server. In Open Box servers, completing it unlocks full channel access.
