Moderation Appeals

The fastest way to get a response for most things is the #help channel in OB Junction. Someone from the community or the team is usually around.

Response Times

Emails are checked regularly but this is a small team. Most queries get a response within 1 to 3 days. Urgent support issues are prioritised.
